This is our standard service and is for collections and deliveries to and from mainland England, Scotland, Wales and the Isle of Wight.

Collection can only be arranged Monday - Friday. Delivery is guaranteed on the next working day by 3pm.

The maximum weight for any box or suitcase is 25kg.

Choose this service for collections from the UK for delivery to Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands.

This is a 2 day service excluding weekends.

The maximum weight for any box or suitcase is 25kg and the maximum girth is 300cm.

A UK consignment is already insured at a rate of £12.00 per kilo with no excess, eg if you send 3 boxes with a total weight of 60kg you are insured to a value of £720.00.

You can buy extended liability for UK shipments which gives you cover up to a maximum of £15,000.

This can only be bought in conjuction with a UK shipment.

Saturday deliveries for UK Mainland consignments can be arranged for a surcharge dependent on the number of boxes or suitcases. Delivery will be made by 12:00 noon.
Please enter the number of boxes in the consignment. The surcharge is £25 for the first box and a further £5 for each additional box.

International consignments are already insured as standard to a maximum value of £100.

You can buy extended liability insurance to cover European and worldwide shipments.

This can only be bought in conjuction with a non UK shipment.

This service is for collections and deliveries between mainland UK and the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
